Sankalp’s vision is to enable inclusive development of the Sahariya community by providing them access to education, health, livelihood and helping in the last-mile implementation of the various government schemes. Sankalp envisions
Sankalp Society – located in village Mamoni in Saharol panchayat of Shahbad Block, Baran district, Rajasthan, has engaged with the Sahariya community in all the villages of Shahabad and the Kishanganj block of Baran district since 1985. inclusive empowerment for the Sahariya community by becoming self-sufficient and independent. Sankalp envisages the holistic development of the Sahariya community. Sankalp aims at ending the vicious cycle of poverty, hunger, and starvation that have crippled the Sahariya community for ages.
